Enterhost Renews Partnership with SmarterTools

Provides every dedicated server customer with SmarterMail, SmarterStats and SmarterTrack along with a 50 user permanent software license.

Enterhost, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and provider of Windows-only web hosting, today announced that it has renewed its partnership with SmarterTools, an information technology management software company, to provide business communication software for its dedicated server clients.

The company states that the SmarterTools suite includes:

• SmarterMail 5.X - an ASP.NET AJAX-based mail server
• SmarterStats 3.X - a site analytics application and
• SmarterTrack 3.X - a helpdesk application designed for customer service departments

The company claims that as a result of the partnership, every client who purchases a dedicated server from it will automatically receive all three applications at no charge, and will own a 50-user permanent software license in their own name.

It further explains that SmarterMail 5.X introduces an entirely new AJAX-driven Web interface, bringing desktop application performance to the Web. Its newest features include improved calendaring, throttling, notification and advanced server reporting. SmarterStats 3.X gives users detailed web analytics in a web interface that includes a full complement of standard and custom reports, data mining, geographic mapping and more. SmarterTrack 3.X is a ticketing system that also includes live chat, cost analysis, data mining, a knowledge base and full reporting analytics.
